Terms of Use

These Terms of Use ("Terms") govern your use of the Vox mobile app provided by Axome Studio ("we", "us", "our"). By using Vox, you agree to these Terms.
1. Eligibility and Acceptance
You must comply with applicable laws and these Terms when using Vox. If you do not agree, do not use the app.
2. License
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use Vox for personal, non-commercial use.
3. Subscriptions and Billing
Vox may offer auto-renewable subscriptions (for example monthly and/or yearly plans).
By purchasing a subscription:
- Payment is charged to your Apple ID account at confirmation of purchase.
- Subscriptions renew automatically unless canceled at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Renewal charges may occur within 24 hours before the end of the current period.
- You can manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple settings: https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
4. Free Trials
If a free trial is offered, you may be charged when the trial ends unless you cancel before the trial period expires.
5. Refunds
All billing is handled by Apple. Refund requests must be made through Apple and are subject to Apple's policies.
6. User Content
If you add custom words or other content, you are responsible for that content and confirm you have the right to use it.
7. Prohibited Conduct
You agree not to:
- Misuse or abuse the app.
- Interfere with app operation or security.
- Reverse engineer the app except where permitted by law.
- Use the app in violation of law.
8. Intellectual Property
Vox, including branding, design, software, and related materials, is owned by Axome Studio or its licensors, except for third-party content and trademarks.
9. Disclaimer
Vox is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, to the maximum extent permitted by law.
10. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Axome Studio is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of Vox.
11. Termination
We may suspend or terminate access to Vox if these Terms are violated or if required for legal or security reasons.
12. Changes to These Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use after updates means you accept the revised Terms.
