• Optional account data from Sign in with Apple (Apple user ID, and where provided by Apple, email/name).
• Words, notes, or content you add in the app.

2.2 Information generated through app use

• Learning activity (viewed words, liked/saved words, streak activity, reminder preferences, voice/theme preferences).
• Local app identifiers used to keep your app experience consistent.

2.3 Subscription and billing data

• Subscription status and purchase/restore events processed by Apple and RevenueCat.
• We do not receive or store your full payment card details.

2.4 Diagnostics and analytics

• Product analytics and diagnostic/error data may be processed through tools such as PostHog and Sentry to improve app quality and reliability.
• This may include app version, OS version, event timestamps, and technical context.

3. How We Use Information

We use information to:

• Provide app features (daily vocabulary feed, reminders, widgets, personalization).
• Process and validate subscriptions.
• Maintain, debug, and improve app performance.
• Respond to support requests.
• Comply with legal obligations.

4. How We Share Information

We may share limited data with service providers needed to run Vox, including:

• Apple (authentication, subscriptions, platform services)
• RevenueCat (subscription management)
• PostHog/Sentry (analytics and diagnostics, when enabled)

We do not sell your personal data.

• Most learning data is stored locally on your device.
• Some analytics, diagnostics, and subscription-related data may be retained by our service providers.
• We retain data only for as long as needed to operate the app, provide support, and comply with legal requirements.

6. Your Choices and Rights

You can:

• Manage notifications in iOS Settings.
• Manage or cancel subscriptions in Apple settings: https://apps.apple.com/account/subscriptions
• Request account/data support or deletion by contacting support.

If you delete the app, local app data stored on your device is removed with the app (subject to iOS backup/restore behavior).

7. Children's Privacy

Vox is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13.

8. International Data Processing

Your information may be processed in countries other than your own by our service providers.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will update the "Last updated" date when changes are made.
